The public, whether an individual, group or organization, is invited to submit to DA-Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA-RFO 5) any derogatory report or information for Capuy-Basud Multi-Purpose Cooperative (CABAMUCO) with office address at Maharlika Highway, Capuy, West District,  Sorsogon City, which is applying for DA Civil Society Organization (CSO) Accreditation to implement programs/projects using government/public funds.

The CABAMUCO was registered under Cooperative Development Authority with Registration No. 9520-05008498 dated February 23, 2010, by the following Board of Directors and is currently headed by Juan J. Liwanag, BOD Chairperson, with its General Manager Gloria B. Jardin:
